Wiki Markup
Wiki markup is fairly easy to get the hang of, here are some of the basics:
Creating headings

Images and media
To embed images and other media, upload the file you want to embed using the upload file link on the left, then once it's uploaded go back to editing the page and type the file's name into the page text wherever you want the image to be, highlight it using the mouse and click on the embedded image button on the edit toolbar (it's the one in the middle that looks like a little picture frame).
Alternatively, you can do it manually:
